Choose between a relaxing massage or a massage combined with chakra balancing using quartz crystals for a deeply restorative holistic experience.
Mindfulness and Raja Yoga
Slow down, reconnect and restore your inner balance through meditation. These guided sessions help reduce stress, calm the mind and cultivate greater clarity, relaxation and emotional wellbeing.
Small, intimate groups of up to four participants ensure a personalised and welcoming experience.

A unique space where autofiction writing support emotional healing, self-expression and personal growth.
As a certified Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teacher, I also help international residents practise Spanish naturally through creative activities in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No artistic, writing or language experience is required, but A2-B1 Spanish level yes.
Reiki
Experience deep relaxation and restore harmony to your body, mind and spirit through Reiki. These gentle energy healing sessions help reduce stress, release energetic blockages, support emotional balance and encourage your body's natural healing process.
I am a certified Usui, Angelic and Dolphin Reiki Practitioner.

Activities are available in English, in Spanish with simultaneous English translation, or bilingually, making them accessible to both the local and international community.
